Appointments & Booking
All appointments must be booked in advance through our booking system or directly with the clinic.
By booking an appointment, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up to date.
Some treatments require a consultation and/or patch test before treatment. Treatments cannot be carried out without these, where required.
Clients must be aged 18 or over for all injectable and laser treatments unless otherwise agreed by the practitioner and legally permitted.
Booking Fees
A booking fee may be required to secure your appointment.
Booking fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the cost of your treatment.
If sufficient notice is given when rearranging an appointment, booking fees can be transferred to a new appointment.
Failure to attend or cancellation outside of the cancellation policy will result in loss of the booking fee.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduled appointments.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in loss of the booking fee or a cancellation fee.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in the full booking fee being retained, and future appointments may require payment in full at the time of booking.
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the refusal of future bookings.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened, or your appointment may need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.
Late arrivals may still be charged in full.
Consultations & Suitability
All treatments are subject to consultation and assessment.
The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is not considered safe, suitable, or in the client’s best interest.
Clients must disclose all relevant medical history, medications, allergies, pregnancy/breastfeeding status, and previous treatments honestly and accurately.
Failure to provide accurate medical information may result in treatment being refused and booking fees forfeited.
Results & Expectations
Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.
Some treatments require multiple sessions to achieve desired results.
Clients acknowledge that aesthetic and laser treatments carry risks, downtime, and potential side effects, which will be discussed during consultation and consent.
Healed results can take time, and outcomes may not be immediately visible following treatment.
Laser & IPL Treatments
A consultation and patch test are required before laser or IPL treatments.
Clients must follow all pre-care and aftercare advice provided by the clinic.
Sun exposure, fake tan, certain medications, and active skincare products may make treatment unsafe and could result in appointments being postponed.
For laser hair removal, shaving schedules and treatment intervals must be followed for the best results.
No refunds will be given for courses where recommended treatment schedules or aftercare have not been followed.
Injectable Treatments
Bruising, swelling, and asymmetry are known risks of injectable treatments.
Any concerns following treatment should be reported to the clinic as soon as possible.
Treatment Packages & Courses
Purchased treatment packages and courses, including laser hair removal and skin treatment packages, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Packages must be used within the timeframe advised by the clinic.
Missed appointments or cancellations outside of the cancellation policy may result in a session being deducted from the package.
Treatment plans and intervals recommended by the clinic should be followed to achieve the best possible results.
The clinic reserves the right to refuse continuation of a package if medical circumstances change or treatment is no longer considered safe or appropriate.
Unused sessions cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or alternative treatments unless agreed by the clinic.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift voucher codes must be presented at the time of booking or appointment.
Gift vouchers must be used before the expiry date stated.
Children & Guests
Due to the nature of treatments and insurance requirements, children and additional guests are not permitted in treatment rooms unless agreed in advance.
Photography & Social Media
Clinical photographs may be taken before and after treatment for medical records.
Images will never be used for marketing purposes without consent.
Clients may withdraw consent for marketing images at any time.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of aesthetic and laser treatments, refunds are not provided for completed treatments or treatment courses.
If a client is unhappy with their results, we encourage them to contact the clinic so that their concerns can be assessed appropriately.
Right to Refuse Treatment
The clinic reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where behaviour is inappropriate, abusive, unsafe, or where treatment is not clinically suitable.
Liability
Clients agree to follow all advice and aftercare provided by the clinic.
The clinic cannot be held responsible for adverse outcomes where aftercare instructions have not been followed, or relevant medical information has been withheld.
